Holiday Big Band Concert & Dance

Celebrate the holidays with a hot big band in concert and for dancing. The festive jazz gala led by the talented pianist-composer-arranger Larry Vuckovich will feature a fully loaded 18-piece band of outstanding Bay Area All-Star jazz soloists. It will include the likes of Steve Campos, John Worley, Eric Jekabson, Wayne Wallace, Noel Jewkes, Charlie McCarthy, Mary Fettig, Hal Stein, Akira Tana and leader Larry Vuckovich plus the special guest appearance of major jazz vocalist Jackie Ryan.
Music of the swing and modern jazz eras will reflect echoes of Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Harry James, Dule Ellington and beyond.
So, heat up the winter season. Dig and dance to swingin' sounds at the PAJA jazz party!
The room is large and even with a dance floor set aside, there will tables and chairs for 400 people.
Plan to attend! Time is growing near.
Volunteers also are needed for the concert, including 2 to sell tickets, 2 to take tickets, 1 to sell CDs at intermission and possibly after the concert. If you are interested, please Contact Us...
There will not be anyone needed to sell food and water at intermission, since there will be an OPEN HOST WET BAR. If you agree this sounds great, MAKE THE DATE, and see you there.
